    As you walk through the building's locked front entrance door there is a four-story stair well ending in a sky light with a rod iron chandelier hanging down three stories.  This beautiful vintage building was one of the premier apartment buildings in 1932 San Jose and it has been lovingly restored.

Rental Qualifications

 We are looking for good credit (mid 700's and above), your income should be three times the rent, and we are a no pet building (service animals are accepted).
